Grudge-Free is the Way to Be

Release all grudges. Any past resentment you have towards anyone, let it go. Allowing and accepting animosity destroys you. It damages who you are as a person. If whoever you are holding the grudge against chooses to maintain their grudge towards you, forgive them anyway and let it go. Release your end of the grudge to refresh your energy. That does not mean you have to be friends with them, but it is a must that you release the negative energy, negative clutter, and the non-sense that you have within yourself regarding that person (or those people).

POSITIVITY has to continuously and consistently be the focal point of your life. You have to focus on staying positive and being positive, about EVERYTHING.

No matter the difficulty, focus on REMAINING POSITIVE.

Let everything conclude on a positive note. They may not be present when you conclude on a positive note, and that is FINE. You must conclude on a positive note WITH YOURSELF. You do not always need closure with them, you need closure with yourself.

YOU DO NOT ALWAYS NEED CLOSURE WITH THEM, YOU NEED CLOSURE WITH YOURSELF.

YOU NEED CLOSURE WITHIN YOURSELF.

Close that resentful book today.

Do not allow anyone to bring you into their chaos, bring them into your serenity. If they reject your serenity, that is fine. They may not be positive about the issue, the grudge, their feelings, but they do NOT matter. This peace matters for YOU. Proceed to have peace on your own. Love yourself that much to give yourself a peace of mind. You are deserving of happiness. You must gift yourself with internal peace.
